 In order for our TENANTS and guests to have the best possible experience, we have created a common sense Covenant! This set of rules and guidelines keeps our tenants and guests happy, our community pristine and the region running smoothly! GENERAL POLICIES

By renting a commercial shop, residence or enjoying one of our other numerous activities, you agree to follow our Covenant and abide by its rules and guidelines. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT RATED ITEMS IN A REGION WHERE KID AVATARS ARE ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS

REGION RENTAL AND PAYMENT POLICIES

◆ Region Rent is paid via Paypal and is nonrefundable.

+ Unused rent can be held in credit upon request.

+ Unused rent can be transferred to a new rental upon request.

+ Unused rent can be transferred to a another resident upon request.

+ All transfers will be subject to a $5.00 service fee to be paid in advance.

◆ Tenants are given a 3 day grace period on late rental payments

+ Setting Up Auto Pay via Strongly Advised

*Private SIM Owners Excluded from next four sections

BEHAVIORAL GUIDELINES FOR FREE HOUSING TENANTS 

◆ Community / FREE Housing Residents and their guests must respect their neighbors privacy.

+ No Nudity unless it's in the privacy of your own home

+ No spying

+ No entering parcels uninvited

+ No unauthorized screen shots

+ NO Firearms/Weapons or Bloodlines/Biting

+ NO Slapping/Spanking

+ Be Kind

◆ Commercial Use on Community/Grid Owned Regions 

+ NO Clubs - We have many event locations for you to use throughout the Grid

+ NO Motor vehicles - Please use the vehicles provided 

+ NO Plantpets

+ BREEDABLES allowed - Scripts & sounds must be off

+ Content to be limited to PG

ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES 

◆ No Banlines. Security Orbs are allowed as long as they do not message beyond the parcel boundaries.

◆ NO SKY REZZING on COMMUNITY/GRID Owned Regions

REGION MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES ON COMMUNITY/GRID Owned Regions

◆ No weather systems allowed on Community/Grid Owned Regions.

◆ No temp prim scripted items allowed.

◆ Objects causing excessive lag will be returned without prior notice to the owner.

◆ Rollbacks cannot be performed upon resident request and are not offered under any circumstance.

◆ Violation of the Covenant can result in an immediate eviction without refund.

◆ Management is not responsible for items lost due to automatic eviction returns, item returns by staff or items lost due to grid issues.

DISCLAIMER

GRID owned Regions will specialize in original and legitimate PREMIUM content. Items will be Gifted and/or Sold to residents and/or Exclusive Group Members by Store.

(NOTE) In our "FREE SHOPPING" areas we will offer copies of some items found throughout Opensim that were Full Perm such as Complete Avatars, Landscape, and Decor. In our Welcome Area much of our landscaping and build is all Legitimate content and can't be shared. We share what we can.

Do Not change the permissions of items you acquire throughout your time in our grid.

In an effort to be inclusive in OpenSim and to help honor creators Permissions and TOS, Twiztid Timez Grid DOES NOT & WILL NOT offer god mode to residents.

Twiztid Timez Grid is open to all guests 18 & Up from all grids unless you or your grid has been banned for abuse, bullying, griefing or copybotting.

We are more of a family friendly sim. Clothing required and be sure all your bits are tastefully covered in the G and M rated areas or you'll be asked to go home and change.

Humans, Dinkies, & Child Avis (don't get weird) allowed in the Welcome Area, the Sandbox, the Community Farm and anywhere else other region owners allow as long as it's G Rated. DO NOT ABUSE CHILD AVIS, RESIDENTS or GUESTS or you'll be BANNED without any notice!

NOTE: ALL ATHENA BODIES ALLOWED HERE!

ATHENA BODY is NOT a Copybot of Maitreya Lara! This has been confirmed with the owner of Maitreya by me personally! When original Athena body was released in OpenSim, Maitreya reviewed it and found no reason to file a DMCA. It's a Knock Off but not copybotted!

ANY FREEBIES passed thru the Grid are NOT the responsibility of Twiztid Timez Grid or affilliates! We DO NOT SUPPORT COPYBOTTING and WILL BAN anyone caught using it! HOWEVER, WE WILL Not BAN based on what you acquired in OpenSim Freely. Each Region Owner takes responsibility for their own content and holds Twiztid Timez Grid and affiliates harmless from DMCA or any and all legal Action. UPLOAD & SHARE at your own risk.
